You'll be not just a tourist, but a traveler. You'll see famous sites and quaint towns; ancient ruins and modern marvels; you’ll not only enjoy delicious Italian dishes, but you’ll learn to make them, too!

Day 1
Plan to arrive in Palermo in the afternoon, where our hotel shuttle will be waiting to welcome you. After settling into your room, ease into the rhythm of Sicily by relaxing on a sunny veranda, wandering the neighborhood, or treating yourself to your very first gelato and cappuccino at a local café. Later, meet your fellow adventurers for a lively welcome dinner filled with great food, new friendships, and the start of an unforgettable journey.
Day 2
Settle in for a scenic one-hour train ride to Cefalù. We’ll slow things down with a leisurely walk through a local manna and medicinal farm, where we’ll learn about Sicily’s incredible biodiversity and the passionate locals working to preserve ancient traditions and natural remedies.
Day 3
Today is all about food! Together, we’ll embark on a guided culinary tour where you’ll sample an array of authentic Sicilian specialties, local delicacies, and hidden gems beloved by locals. Between bites, stories, and laughter, you’ll experience the true flavors of Sicily.
Day 4
Meet in the lobby as we board a two-hour train ride to the vibrant city of Messina. Once we arrive, the day is completely yours to experience however you’d like. Today is all about embracing the freedom to explore Sicily your way.
Day 5
Today starts with a two-hour train ride to the breathtaking town of Taormina. We’ll head out to discover the crystal-clear waters and underwater beauty of the Natural Reserve of Isola Bella. Together, we’ll explore enchanting sea grottos, admire the dramatic coastline, and snorkel through some of the most stunning waters Sicily has to offer. This unforgettable day combines adventure, relaxation, and the natural beauty of the Sicilian coast.
Day 6
Today is a true feast for the senses. We’ll meet in the lobby and set off on an all-day culinary adventure with Chef Massimo. We’ll begin by visiting a lively local market to shop for fresh ingredients before heading back to the chef’s kitchen for an immersive Sicilian cooking class. Together, we’ll prepare and enjoy a delicious three-course meal while learning the traditions and techniques behind Sicilian cuisine. Delizioso!
Day 7
Today we journey to our final destination: the historic seaside city of Catania. After checking in, take time to explore this energetic city filled with ancient Roman history, bustling piazzas, vibrant markets, and sweeping coastal views. Wander through its lively streets, savor the scents of fresh pastries and espresso drifting from local cafés, and immerse yourself in the unique charm and atmosphere that make Catania unforgettable.
Day 8
After days spent exploring Sicily’s bustling cities and coastlines, we’ll head into nature for a memorable hike on Mount Etna, Europe’s most active volcano. You’ll have time to reflect on the incredible experiences, friendships, and memories created throughout the journey. In the evening, we’ll gather one last time for a special farewell dinner to celebrate our unforgettable Sicilian adventure together.
Day 9
This morning, airport shuttles will take you to the Catania Airport for your journey home. While it’s time to say “ciao” to Sicily for now, this is far from goodbye forever. There is still an entire southern side of the island waiting to be explored — and we can already dream about returning together for the next adventure.
