Here’s what you can expect:
Day 1
Arrive in Philadelphia and dive into the city's culture with a South Philly food tour. Savor iconic dishes, explore the area's diverse culinary scene, and bond with fellow travelers as you kick off the trip with flavor and fun!
Day 2
Begin the day at the Philadelphia Museum of Art before stretching your legs on a walking tour around City Hall. End the day on the Kennett Underground Railroad bus tour, retracing the paths to freedom and uncovering inspiring stories of courage and resilience.
Day 3
Explore the Belmont Underground Railroad Museum, take a walking tour through the Old City to explore its historic streets, enjoy a classic cheesesteak lunch at Jim’s, and end the day with a relaxing river cruise.
Day 4
Transfer to New York City and enjoy a scenic walk through Central Park. Visit the World Trade Center and 9/11 Memorial to reflect on the profound history and resilience of the city. End the day by crossing the Brooklyn Bridge and savoring a delicious pizza dinner.
Day 5
Take part in the New York City Slavery and Underground Railroad tour before exploring the American Museum of Natural History. Take in a Broadway show, enjoying the vibrant energy of New York City's renowned theater scene.
Day 6
Begin the day at Ellis Island, exploring its rich history and the stories of immigrants who shaped America. Visit the Statue of Liberty, an enduring symbol of freedom and democracy, before heading to Times Square to soak in the vibrant energy and iconic sights. Conclude the day with a Yankees baseball game at their legendary stadium.
Day 7
Fly home from New York City, thinking about all the incredible stories, places, and experiences you’ve had—and how they’ll stick with you long after the trip!
