Debren Ferris

Debren has never been one to let grass grow under her feet! Her dad was a USAF pilot stationed overseas, and her family took advantage by road tripping all over Europe. She didn’t know that was unusual until middle school, when they returned to the US and she learned that some of her classmates had never even left the state.

As an adult, Debren worked in travel/hospitality for years in Seattle and Alaska. She worked onboard small cruise ships, and then in the office of the same cruise company developing and managing shore excursions. She met her husband there, and they’ve had many travel adventures together. Some of her favorite destinations have been Kenya/Tanzania/Uganda, France, Greece, Australia, and British Columbia. Debren is fortunate to have friends blessed with her same brand of wanderlust. They make sure their passports are always valid and take every opportunity to have girls’ trips whenever possible.
